October Matched Betting Profit: £2,173.29

October Matched Betting Profit: £2,173.29

I went away for a week during this month, because of that I’m extremely pleased with still being able to hit the £2k target on only 3/4 of the available time. A large chunk of that profit came from the generous people over at Gamesys who were handing 15o% deposit bonuses out like candy to children. Each one of these is worth an easy £50+ profit and you can get them across all of the Gamesys websites for potentially £300+ per person! I’ve still no idea why they are so generous but long may it continue.

I also took some time this month to start writing a series of articles about affiliate scammers relating to matched betting. I’m seeing more and more of these pop up across various social medias and so think it’s important to try and highlight what they are doing and why it may be of risk to you. Please check out my posts on Spotting the Affiliate Scammers and let me know your thoughts.

Bets of note this month:

  • Lots of Betfred inplay offers giving about £100 profit throughout the month
  • Comeon reloads for £50 profit
  • The usual 2nd place refunds from SportingBet every Saturday for £500
  • £270 from a Mecca Bingo 100% up to £20 casino bonus
  • £60 from Powerspins signups (since been lowered, not worth doing at the moment)
  • Just over £300 from Gamesys 150% bonuses
  • £50 from an arb on a gubbed PaddyPower account
  • £175 from Ladbrokes “Bet £20 get £10” casino offer
  • £40 from Skybet “£10 free bingo slots” (Works on gubbers!)
  • £25 from Betboro signup offer on the boxing
  • £87 from the Bwin loophole

    1. I think they’ve gotten rid of the welcome back offers and instead are giving out the 150% bonuses after you’ve not touched the accounts for about 2 months.

      1. I looked last night they all had a few quid in them. Ranging from £7 to £30, Ive withdrawn the lot. Will leave them alone now and see what happens

    1. Afternoon Tom, I find these tend to appear when you’ve not used the accounts for other 2 months. Don’t take part in any other offer they send you just wait for the 150% offers

  1. Hi Guy, forgot to ask, where do you find the casino offers (example being the Mecca Bingo one) – are they just on PA as I don’t remember that one. Or do you use other sources too? Cheers, and well done!

      1. Are there any other sources you use for anything else? might try profit maximiser, PA don’t seem great for finding casino offers

        1. Also any chance of you writing up about what type of casino offers you do and what type you avoid, PA basically says to avoid anything with a 10x wagering, should I avoid them or should I not? or should I only do them if I get a certain amount of a bonus at a certain price etc, feeling a bit lost and don’t know what’s the correct offers to go for etc

          1. Really depends on the offer. 10x wagering is generous these days and I’d likely jump in on that!

  2. Hi Guy, re: 2nd place refunds – that’s quite a nice sum, do you tend to cover field with friends or just pick random and manage to trigger.. thanks

    1. Hi Pontin,

I’ll focus on the lower odds horses with close matches. I’ll never go above odds of 10 and ideally the lower the better. A match of 4/4.2 is perfect for instance with an 80p qualifying loss and excellent chance of coming second.

  3. Awesome result. I barely made £500 for the month of October. I hear a lot of success stories about people earning nice sums on the casinos but I wouldn’t like the variance that comes attached. What do you think may be the best approach?

    1. Start off with the risk free casino offers. For instance Unibet done a risk free £10 on Wednesday. Then move on to the stuff which involves you betting £x to get £y and keeps both funds seperate so you aren’t risking losing the whole amount in one go.
