December Profit: £4,050.67

December Profit: £4,050.67

Tap Tap Boom! December was a record-breaking month for me as I smashed past my previous best month’s profit by well over £1k! A combination of generous Christmas offers, lucky slot wins and a massive mistake by one bookie helped me finish 2016 on a real high.

Bets of particular note:

  • £270 profit when Sunbets accidentally credited a £5 free bet as £100! I chucked it on a horse without laying and won
  • £411 profit from a “100% up to £20” casino bonus with Betvictor
  • £279 from a random £10 casino bonus I found in Leovegas
  • £176 from a “100% up to £100” casino bonus with Betvictor
  • £100 from a “100% up to £100” bonus from Jackpotjoy (NO WAGERING!!)
  • £249 from Matchbook Casino signup
  • £88 from Bet188 free spins
  • £334 from a “100% up to £100” casino bonus with Betvictor
  • £120 from Bwin who gave me 3x 50% deposit bonus up to £50 on sports
  • £363 from Betspin casino signup

As you can see, alot of casino offers especially from Betvictor who were particularly generous. If you haven’t already signed up for the Gamesys websites you need to do it, now! Their deposit bonuses are almost always wagering free so you literally double your money and then withdraw the lot! I’ve written a guide on how to take advantage of their initial signup offers

If you’re still not convinced, take a look at this offer they sent me in December:

Easiest £100 profit I’ve ever made.

  1. I see you’re making a ton of profit on the casino offers you found at betvictor. I’ve done a lot of football sports matched betting offers so far, since those are pretty straight forward. But For some reason I can’t seem to find ways to get around the massive (often 30+) Roll-over requirements. Could you tell me if there are ways to get around those to lock in +EV in on those offers? Or maybe show me to some articles or websites which are dedicated in explaining these kinds of things?

Really appreciate. And cheers on the great december month mate. This was by far my most profitable month aswell, purely from sportsbetting. Here’s to more profit in Jan 😉

    1. BetVictor were particularly generous as their offers only had a 10x rollover. With a 100% match up to £100 thats an EV of about £70+ per offer which is amazing value.

Profit Maximiser have been the best I’ve found for explaining and calculating advanced casino offers. They do a £1 trial through an affiliate link: http://profitmaximiser.co.uk/r/pmt9928

  2. Thats a massive profit for one month! My 2016 total was just over £12,000 profit – an average of £1,000 a month. Just started on the casino offers and seeing a helpful early profitable variance on the offers which I need at the moment. Currently very quiet on the sports offers and horse racing place promotions which I’ve mainly done so far. Looking forward to a profitable 2017!

    1. Thanks! Even £1k a month is pretty awesome consider it’s all tax free. I’m hoping Cheltenham this year will be a massive earner as I’ve have all accounts setup and a much larger exchange balance this year. Enjoyed reading through your site and thank you for the mentions, always appreciate hearing when others have been encouraged to start matched betting as a direct result of my blog.

    1. You would need a UK address registered to you.. or someone willing to let you operate on their behalf. Also you’d need to route your internet traffic through a UK VPN service.

  3. Firstly I would like to say that this blog is an excellent read and full of useful info.I would just like to ask how many hours per week you spend on average to make that kind of money?

  4. Hi mate,

Just out of interest how do you get the offers through from BetVictor casino? I’ve signed up to the sportsbook but don’t seem to get any offers from casino through. Is it worth just depositing a tenner and playing a bit to see if that triggers some offers or something like that? Or is it one of those ones where you have to sign up a separate account in the casino section compared to the sportsbook bit?

Cheers and congrats on smashing your record!

    1. Its just a single account for betvictor sports and casino. no idea what triggered the massive £100 bonus offers, I’d barely used their casino section in the past.

  5. Hi, really enjoying your blogs! Got me to start matched betting. Just working through all of my sign up offers right now before purchasing Profit Maximiser. One thing I’m struggling with (and this will probably become clearer when I move to Profit Maximiser) is quickly getting through wagering but not risking your deposit too much. For example, I took the £10 free Betfair offer did tiny bets and EVENTUALLY ended up with £12, but it took AGES! I’ve read most of your blogs now, and in one of them you say about doing high value spins 50p-£2 at the start to try and get a big win and if you do, lowering it. But I’ve done this on a few sites now (deposit £10 get £30) and ended up just loosing the £10. I’m worried if I sign up to a ‘deposit £100 get £100’ that I’ll just end up loosing the £100 doing £1-£2 bets, but I don’t want to be spinning all day to try and beat the wagering on really low bets.

Is the mentality just; You’ll loose £100 most days but eventually win? And you have to risk loosing 100’s up front for the eventual profit? It’s just really worrying, I’ve had a load of free spins risk free sign up offers now too and made £0 from all of them (trying to storm through them with £1 bets x10 etc). The only slot profit I’ve made was from Betfairs free £10 wagering really low. One time I had 10 free spins and was up to £40! Then lost it all trying to wager, even though I went down to 40p bets. 🙁

    1. There are a few casino offers which don’t tie your deposit in, for instance BGO’s free spin reloads allows you to use the free spins and then use the bonus funds for wagering without touching your original deposit.

Most casino offers I’ve seen posted which are the usual x% deposit bonus typically have a bust rate of about 75% on £1 spins. So you’d expect to lose 3 for every 1 winner. Casino offers really are about doing the volume so if you’re worried about losing £100 on a single offer.. buy in with £25 on 4 offers instead to spread the risk. It lowers the estimated value slightly but also decreases the variance.

Remember that you don’t need to buy in with the full amount! For a 100% bonus up to £100, you can still deposit £25 for £25 bonus.

      1. Awesome, thanks for the reply! I don’t mind loosing up front for an eventual profit, just worrying thus far as I haven’t had a win yet! 🙂

Seems like a waste to not go for the full £100 D:

So just to clarify, you’d play deposit £10, bonus £30 (if the EV is positive) but expect to lose roughly 3 out of every 4 of these offers? Also if it’s a high amount of wagering but for very high EV, even if you won big say £100+ at the start, would you still lower the wagering down really low and grind for hours to meet the WR? Or as it’s such a big win would you just carry on wagering £1-£2? Thank you!
