Welcome to the monthly Matched Betting Blog update. Each month I blog about matched betting and what matched betting offers I took part in. What a crazy couple of months it has been, we had the mad rush of Cheltenham followed by the full stop of Corona. I suspect most people haven’t placed a sports bet since March and so we’ve all been forced to focus attention on casino offers instead.

I had another fantastic Cheltenham festival and made about £4.5k over the 4 days. The big standout offer this year was extra places, especially the first race with William Hill where you could dutch the whole field and guarantee a profit. I spent about £2k covering every horse which locked in a good profit, however one of the horses dropping out pre-race and an outsider winning meant it returned well over £1200!

I also managed to hit a few extra place snipes from normal each-way bets. I tend to do £50-£100 bets for this and always aim to keep my qualifying losses below about 2% of the potential profit.

Finally I continued to plough on with the low/medium-risk casino offers. Most of these only have a few quid in value but it’s all about volume and consistently tackling them every day to ride out the variance.

In March I made £1300 from this sort of offer and another £1800 in April. I tend to find most of my casino offers from Team Casino. They seem to catch many of the offers the other guide sites miss and I like their profit tracking interface. A word of warning though; Team Casino and their sister sites are aimed at total beginners with a heavy focus on pushing affiliate links. Some of the offers I’ve seem them post are of poor value and risk losing valuable accounts which should be saved for better offers over Cheltenham etc. They are quick to shut down any negative discussion on their Facebook groups so if in doubt please ask in the Matched Betting Guys & Girls group.

I was really glad to hear that Profit Accumulator have updated their casino offers section to include many more offers so I am intending on cancelling my TeamCasino subscription once it ends and sticking to Profit Accumulator.
